About Us

Who we are...

Print and Signage Solutions (PSS) is a turnkey manufacturer and solution supplier of customised signage and printing to the retail and corporate sectors. PSS was founded in Cape Town in 2004 and in one short year had a presence in Johannesburg; 5 years later we spread our wings and the Mauritius branch was opened. PSS is proud to be associated with high-profile clients and has completed many successful signage projects for the likes of DHK Thinkspace, Engen Petroleum, Woolworths, OK Franchise Division, Pep Group, Old Mutual, Shoprite, Checkers, Medirite, Mauritius Commercial Bank and many more. We are responsible for the manufacturing and installation of the clients' indoor and outdoor signage and any other printing or branding needs they may have.

PSS is a Level 2 Contributor to B-BBEE

Our goal is to provide and maintain a service of high and professional standards, reliability, affordability, punctuality and quality.

PROCESS

How we do what we do...

At PSS we have two main objectives, "happy clients" and "excellent service and end-product". We believe that the combination of these two will lead to all our clients having a pleasant and memorable experience, which will make you, our client, refer more clients to PSS.

How do we achieve this? We have divided our business and process flow into different segments:

Introduction by your PSS Client Service Consultant,
Assessment of your printing and signage requirements,
Accurate costed quotations,
Professional graphic design, artwork and layout,
Presentation by your PSS Consultant, who will guide you through the quotation, design and super-imposed visual images of your signage and printing,
Once an order is placed, it is loaded onto our computerised process flow program, which manages the order through the production process, logistics, delivery and installation.

Management can, with the aid of our automated management tool, which is hosted in the Cloud, log-in and follow the progress on any order that is in process. It allows us to view quotations, artwork presentations and also elevate the priority of the work to be completed and dead-lines.
Once the job is completed we will present you with completion photos for final sign-off.
This “PSS Recipe” is effective, judging from top corporate companies’ testimonials and we keep on improving our systems to keep ahead of latest technology and to ensure your client experience with us is smooth and effortless and memorable.
